My friend and I are writing a crossover fanfiction and we're stuck on the Term dates. We know Term starts September 1st, but when does it end? And what are the Holiday dates?

You mean in Harry Potter?
Well, I'm pretty sure it runs on the normal English time table, and being Australian (and we are the complete opposite), I'm not entirely sure.
But I do believe, they get Christmas Holidays, for about two weeks. I'm pretty sure they begin the week before Christmas, so Christmas is smack in the middle.
And I'm sure Summer holidays start in June, not sure when, but somewhere in there.

Can I get varification from an English member? Or even an American, it would be the same, I think.
